Here is a Guideline for Our Amazing Turkey Sailing Tours

We know planning your perfect sailing holiday comes with lots of questions.
Here you’ll find answers to the most common queries about our gulet cruises, bookings, on-board life, and more.

If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help!

Yes, we understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your booking — for example, travel dates, passenger names, or cruise type — just contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that availability and third-party fees (e.g., airlines or transfers) may apply.
If you decide to cancel, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Before the balance due date: your deposit may not be refundable, but in most cases we can apply it as a credit toward a future trip. After the final balance is paid: cancellation charges will apply based on how close it is to your departure. For full details, please check our terms and conditions or contact our team.
Yes, if you can no longer travel, you can transfer your booking to another person, provided we are informed before the balance is due. There’s no fee from us, but any costs from suppliers (e.g., airline tickets or hotel bookings) will need to be covered.
Yes, many families love cruising with us. Cabin cruises are generally better suited to adults or older children due to the shared environment. For families with young children, we recommend booking a private charter, so you have the space and flexibility that suits your group best.
Safety always comes first. The captain may alter the route due to sea or weather conditions. In such cases, alternative stops are offered. You’ll always enjoy beautiful places — even if they’re slightly different from the original itinerary.
Yes. For all cruises, we are required by law to register your details with port authorities. That includes your full name, nationality, passport number, and date of birth. If your passport details change before your trip, please send us the updated information.
Pack light! Bring comfortable clothing, swimwear, flip-flops or boat shoes, sunscreen, a sun hat, and something warmer for cooler evenings. A beach towel and a good book are also handy. Cabins are compact, so soft luggage is easier to store than hard-shell suitcases.
Yes! All meals on board are included: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. We serve freshly prepared Turkish home-style cuisine with vegetarian options available. Drinks (soft and alcoholic) are available at the bar and are paid for at the end of your cruise.
Absolutely. Let us know in advance if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have any food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Generally, drinks are served from the onboard bar at affordable prices. For private yacht charters, bringing your own drinks may be allowed depending on the agreement - just ask in advance.
Yes. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you against unexpected issues like cancellations, medical needs, or lost luggage. Make sure your policy covers boat travel and personal belongings.
Our gulet cruises follow calm coastal waters and anchor in sheltered bays — seasickness is rare. If you’re sensitive to motion, bring medication just in case.
Some gulets have limited Wi-Fi, but connection is not guaranteed and is best in harbors. We suggest using your cruise to disconnect and enjoy the sea, the sun, and the silence.
Yes, and many guests do! On warm nights, it’s a magical experience to sleep under the stars with the gentle rocking of the boat and the sounds of the sea.
